BrightBe is a new program built by the team behind Success Academy — an online school that has taught 1,400+ students across 34+ countries over 6 years. Now enrolling Arizona ESA families, with more states coming.

Using your ESA funds

How your education funds pay for it.

Your state already set aside funds for your child's education. Here's how it works — and we guide you through every step. No credit card to start.

1

Enroll free & get your invoice

Sign up in a few minutes and reserve your spot — classes begin October 5. Your $300/mo invoice is ready to download from your BrightBe dashboard.

2

Submit it in ClassWallet

Log into your state ESA portal, choose “Pay Vendor,” search “Mercy Global Education / BrightBe Learning,” and attach your invoice for $300. For the category, select “Tuition or fees online learning program (non-public).”

3

Mark it “Applied” — that's it

Tell us it's submitted in your dashboard, and we take it from there. Your ESA funds go straight to your child's tuition.

Your ESA funds cover the $300/mo tuition, paid to BrightBe through ClassWallet's “Pay Vendor” — and we'll walk you through it the first time.

You don't have to be the teacher.

Daily practice works — but doing it alone is exhausting. BrightBe gives your child a real teacher-led routine every weekday, so you're not the one turning worksheets into lessons or fighting to keep it going. You just help them show up.

The honest comparison

A better use of your education funds.

Your ESA can pay for almost anything. Here's why live, daily teaching is worth it.

How math sticks

Same level, four times — until it's automatic

Each 12-week quarter covers one full year of content. Students repeat the same level for four quarters — each pass faster, more accurate, more confident.

Q1Getting familiar
Q2Building method
Q3Gaining speed
Q4Full mastery

Each repetition builds speed, accuracy, and confidence.

How reading sticks

Vocabulary that spirals back

Each quarter introduces new vocabulary — and the previous quarter's words quietly reappear in the next quarter's stories. By Q4, the words from Q1 have come back around, locked in for good.

What parents say

Families who made the switch.

Sister school of Success Academy — where these families have been learning for years.

“Math was hard for my child to focus on at first, but now she actually enjoys it. The teachers explain things so carefully that she feels safe to try. As long as we have Wi-Fi, she can join from anywhere — and the 25-minute format leaves her plenty of time to play. I don't have to drive anywhere.”

— BrightBe parent

“No commute, happy parent, happy kid. My child looks forward to class, and the team is incredibly responsive whenever I reach out. It's the kind of environment where I feel completely comfortable letting him keep going.”

— BrightBe parent

“Small wins in both reading and math. My older daughter is shy about speaking up, but she's started to enjoy Language Arts. My younger one has gotten faster at mental math and is picking up number bonds. The teachers meet each child where they are.”

Tuition is $300/mo, paid through your state education fund (ClassWallet). As long as your ESA balance covers it, your funds handle the tuition.

Questions ESA parents ask

Before you enroll.

Is it really $0 out of pocket?

Yes — as long as your state education-fund balance covers the $300/mo tuition. Your funds pay BrightBe directly through ClassWallet, so nothing comes out of your own pocket. No credit card needed.

Which states are covered?

Arizona (ESA) is what we're enrolling now — funds used via ClassWallet Direct Pay. New Hampshire (EFA) is available via CSF-NH. Alabama (CHOOSE Act) works best as an annual or single-subject plan (the homeschool cap is lower than $300/mo × 12) — ask us and we'll size it. South Carolina (ESTF) opens for 2026–27 — join the waitlist. More states coming.

How do I actually pay with my funds?

Three steps: (1) enroll and download your invoice from your dashboard, (2) log into your state ESA portal, choose “Pay Vendor,” search “Mercy Global Education / BrightBe Learning,” select the category “Tuition or fees online learning program (non-public),” and attach the invoice, (3) mark it “Applied” in your dashboard. Done.

What if my quarterly funds haven't arrived yet?

You can reserve your spot and start your free trial now — classes begin October 5. Submit your ClassWallet application once your funds load for the quarter — just do it within your first term to keep uninterrupted access.

Will you charge my credit card?

No. ESA enrollment never uses a credit card — your state funds cover the full tuition. (We do offer a separate card-pay option, but you don't need it here.)

What does my child actually get?

Live, teacher-led Math & Reading for K–6, every weekday — every level included, with real teachers in real time. The same program our card-paying families get.

What happens if I don't submit my application in time?

Access pauses in stages (a reminder period, then a hold) until your ClassWallet application is in. As soon as it's submitted, full access returns immediately. We send reminders along the way.
